You will have noticed that we always follow a certain pattern of exercise at fit20. That is convenient to remember and it is nice to know exactly what to expect, but these are not the reasons we follow this fixed pattern. The actual reason we do this has to do with how your body responds to the specific exercises in your program. We consider push and pull movement chains, but also total muscle volume targeted. To summarize, we have selected the best exercises for strength and health improvement and subsequently designed the best order to perform these exercises. By doing these exercises in the fit20 order you create a type of “flow” in your physiology that leads to maximum and predictable results every session.
