Why Only One Time Per Week?

The simple answer is that training more frequently does not give you more benefits. For high-intensity strength training like fit20, training once a week yields the same results as training twice per week. Since we are interested in effectiveness and efficiency it is logical that we train our clients always once per week. Certainly, many clients are active with other activities during the rest of the week, but we do recommend limiting high-intensity training to once per week. The science is on this is extensive.
