Since September 2013 I train at fit20 in the Netherlands. I hate gyms so fit20 is a perfect solution for me. The training is short and powerful and the fit20 studio is close to where I live. So it takes me little time.
Remarkably, above all, other people began to see the results at me. Due to various illnesses I have a coordination disorder in my legs. I walked badly and rather bent forward. After a few months of training at fit20 I heard: "Michael, you are walking a lot better!" And "You walk so beautifully upright." The only thing I did differently in those months is to train at fit20, so this must be the reason of my improvement. If in the fit20 iPad application I see the weight I now push away with my arms and legs compared to the first time, it is beyond question that I've become much stronger.
I think I can also notice my improvement in other things. I play golf and when I previously had walked 18 holes I was dead tired. Now I can do that more or less without problems. Physically there is more possible in my life again. Recently I sailed a week, I wanted to try if I could still do this. Being on a boat all day means that you should, of course, maintain your balance and that is very tiring for me. Before I started to train at fit20 I was exhausted after such a day. But this was not the case. What a tremendous progress!
I therefore recommend fit20 regularly to others because it suits me perfectly.
